The Elizabeth Seton Children’s Young Adult Center is a purpose-built healthcare facility designed to serve medically fragile young adults transitioning into adulthood. Located on a 23-acre campus in White Plains, the new five-story, 111,000-square-foot center will provide 96 beds, specialized medical and support services, therapeutic outdoor spaces, a central courtyard, and rooftop gardens.
The facility will support young adults between the ages of 18 and 35 who require ongoing complex care, including residents transitioning from the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center. The project expands access to long-term specialty healthcare while creating a modern, supportive environment focused on dignity, independence, and quality of life.
